Welcome to Divine Consignments. Please review our consignment agreement policies carefully:
Consignor Earnings: The consignor receives 40% of the final selling price of each item unless otherwise stated in this agreement. Periodic sales or markdowns of consigned merchandise may be offered storewide during the consignment period.
Payment Requests: You may request a check for items sold after the first 60 days of your consignment period, then every 30 days thereafter upon request. We do not issue checks for amounts less than $25. Account reconciliation begins on the 8th of every month, and checks are issued on the 15th. Check requests received after the 8th will be processed in the following month’s cycle. A $40 fee will be charged for reissued checks to cover bank and administrative fees, including for mailed checks that are not received.
In-House Credit: You may use your consignment proceeds as in-house credit at any time if you have a positive balance in your account.
Consignor Access: You can view your account and items as they sell by visiting our website at www.divineconsignments.com. Go to the "How to Consign" page and click on "CONSIGNOR ACCESS". Use the email address you provided as your login and password.
Unsold Items: It is your responsibility to notify us before the 90th day if you intend to pick up any of your unsold items. You must make an appointment to collect your unsold items. If you do not contact us one (1) calendar week before the end of your 90-day consignment period and do not show up for your appointment date, your items become the property of Divine Consignments, LLC, and may be marked down or donated. You must return within 3 days to pick up any items that were not selected at the time of drop-off, or those items may be donated. We do not have the room to store inactive inventory.
Authenticity: We do not accept fake designer or knockoff items. By signing this agreement, you verify that all items you are consigning with us are genuine. Payouts for typically “knocked off” items will be delayed by a minimum of two weeks from the selling date to allow the customer to verify the item's authenticity. The consignor indemnifies Divine Consignments, LLC, its affiliates, employees, and owners. Any refunds, legal fees, and related costs associated with rectifying the sale of a fraudulent item are the responsibility of the consignor.
Liability: Divine Consignments, LLC, or any of its affiliates, employees, owners, or shareholders, is not responsible for the loss of property due to theft, fire, or damage of any kind.
Policy Changes: These terms and conditions may be changed or altered without notice. We post the most recent copy of our terms and conditions on our website to keep you informed.
